Free Property Management Transfer Service:

When you wish to move your Tenanted Property and Management service from another agency we make no charges for this other than our normal monthly management fee. This includes renewing the current Tenancy Agreement, transferring the Tenants Security Deposit to our approved DPS Custodial scheme and dealing with all other legally required administration.

Drawn from a continually updated tenant register, we request references particularly from former landlords and carry out credit checks. In some cases, we will also require a guarantor.
