The benefits for buyers using Fast-Start, bespoke, on boarding conveyancing services
• Buyers Protection is a policy that will be added to our buyers for free and offers you peace of mind for certain for up-front costs involved, if it later falls through for reasons beyond your control.
• You will receive Free protection for certain unforeseen events linked to their purchase to
• With value of £1,000. The policy is valid for a total of 365 days from instruction, providing ample cover.*
• Up to £1,000 worth of cover which includes the following:
• Mortgage Lenders Arrangement Fees
• Mortgage Lenders Valuation/Survey Fees
• Searches and Disbursements
• Plus £100 towards the cost of a Mortgage Adviser
• And an additional £300 towards alternative accommodation, storage and removal

When does the protection start?
Your Protection Policy will be put on risk from the date the purchase case is
Instructed with the conveyancing portal through Places2nest. Please note that any fees incurred prior to this date will not be reclaimable. It is in your best interest to instruct the Solicitor of your choice before, or on the same day as the mortgage application is made.

What happens next?
Once the case has been instructed, Places2nest will receive an email giving you access to the policy documents. 

How long is it valid for?
The policy is valid for 365 days from the date of instruction.

What happens in the event of a claim?
If you should need to make a claim, you have access to a dedicated telephone number to initially register the claim
